Head of Sales & Relationship Management

Nick is our Head of Sales and Relationship Management, with nearly 20 years’ experience in the energy industry in a variety of senior sales and team management roles. During this time, he’s helped to drive operational, transformation and business changes. Nick is Six Sigma Green Belt and Prince 2 Project Manager qualified, something that definitely comes in handy when dealing with complex, multi-level customer needs and requirements.

Part of Nick’s role is to ensure that we are always putting the customer first, which he has instilled in all of our relationship managers and service team. Understanding that what makes amber great is our attention to detail and ability to listen and address issues has helped to define our sales process.

Ian is one of amber’s Relationship Managers, servicing the company’s Welsh businesses, specifically within the sports and leisure sector. With years of business development and client management experience behind him, Ian takes the time to understand each of the client’s requirements, helping them achieve their objectives whilst providing the best possible service.

A Senior Relationship Manager, Jay has a large focus on keeping our existing clients as happy as they can possibly be. Thanks to over a decade’s worth of energy industry experience on both supplier and consultancy sides, there isn’t much that Jay can’t tell you. Jay consistently strives to deliver a world-class service where our clients feel valued by delivering a proactive approach to energy management and account support.
