Richard has come to amber from a large government agency, where he worked in a customer service environment for almost 10 years. He has plenty of experience in developing systems and processes to improve customer experiences, increase efficiency and spark engagement.
More recently, he has enjoyed spending the last 2 years developing and configuring Salesforce to meet complex business requirements and delivering new contact channels for customers.
In his spare time, you can find him playing football for his local team, watching Swansea City FC or spending time with his family.
