Paul has come to Amber Energy from a ‘BIG 6’ Energy Supplier where he worked as an Account Manager for some of the biggest Councils and Housing associations in the London area. He spent 3 years building relationships and delivering a bespoke service to each of his clients with a big focus on complex metering and regeneration work. He enjoys creating reports and developing new processes to ensure a better customer journey. Before this role, he spent 4 years honing his skills in customer service, complaints, learning and development and system testing within the energy sector.
He’s originally from a small town in West Wales called Laugharne but moved to Cardiff 7 years ago, before settling in Merthyr Tydfil with his wife and Labrador Milo. In his spare time, he likes to walk the dog, try new foods at different restaurants and watch crime documentaries and drama’s on TV.
